Referral terms & conditions
Join the BackPR Referral Program. Earn 50% recurring commission on subscriptions you refer, plus $1 per qualified lead (conditions apply). Read the rules, payouts, and anti-fraud safeguards.

1) How it works
Refer schools, camps, after-school programs, or nonprofits to BackPR. When they subscribe, you earn 50% of their subscription fee each month (up to $250/month per client) for as long as they remain subscribed and in good standing. You can also submit potential customers as leads. You’ll earn $1 per qualified lead once at least one of your submitted leads turns into a paying client within 6 months of submission.
Example:
- Client subscribes at $500/mo → you earn $250/mo (hits the cap).
- Submit 100 qualified leads → you earn $100 (once ≥1 converts within 6 months), plus any 50% commissions from conversions.
2) Who can join
- YouTubers, blog owners, newsletter writers
- Facebook/Telegram/Discord community admins
- Coaches, consultants, agencies, and partners
No purchase required; you don’t have to be a BackPR customer.
3) What counts as a qualified lead
- A school, program, camp, or education nonprofit that could benefit from BackPR
- Accurate contact info: organization name, role, email, phone (if available), and website or social link
- Validation passes (automated checks + manual review)
- New to BackPR (not already in our pipeline)
Leads failing these criteria are not eligible for the $1 reward.
4) Commissions & payouts
Subscription commission (50% recurring; capped)
- 50% of the client’s subscription fee, paid monthly while the client remains subscribed and in good standing.
- Cap: $250/month per client (applies even if 50% would exceed $250).
- Subject to the refund/guarantee period (see Section 5).
Lead reward ($1/lead; conversion condition)
- $1 per validated lead you submit provided that ≥1 of your submitted leads becomes a paying client within 6 months of submission.
- Lead rewards are processed together with subscription commissions after the guarantee window.
Note: Currency conversions may apply. We record earnings in USD for the referral program unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5) Refund/guarantee windows & payment timing
- Monthly plans: 15 days
- Annual plans: 6 months
- Payout cycle: processed monthly after the guarantee window closes.
- Minimum payout: $100 (lower thresholds may be approved for crypto by agreement).
- If a client cancels and requests a refund within the guarantee window, any related commissions are voided/reversed.
6) Tracking & attribution
- Unique referral link; clicks store a 30-day cookie.
- Last valid referral link before purchase gets attribution.
- Manual lead submissions (CSV or form) accepted; attribution based on review and CRM matching.
- IP/device and anti-fraud signals used to prevent abuse.
7) Safeguards & prohibited behavior
- No self-referrals (including using friends/colleagues solely for commission).
- No fake or scraped leads with invalid contact data.
- No misleading ads or misrepresentation of BackPR features/pricing.
- No coupon/brand bidding on “BackPR” or confusing variants without written approval.
Violations may result in disqualification and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8) Caps & submission limits
- Lead submissions: up to 100 per month per referrer.
- Earnings per client: $250/month cap.
We prioritize quality over volume to keep the program fair and sustainable.
9) High-quality referrer incentives
- Fast-conversion bonus: +$50 if your lead becomes a paying client within 30 days.
- Top referrer perks: potential VIP status, co-marketing, and higher commission tiers for consistently high conversion rates (case-by-case).
10) Transparency & dashboard
- Referral dashboard: track your leads, conversions, and commissions in near-real time.
- Notifications: emailed when a lead is validated, converts, or a payout is processed.
- Disputes: request a review within 30 days of an attribution decision.
11) Program changes & termination
BackPR may update, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification. Accounts violating rules may be removed; unpaid commissions related to violations will be forfeited.
12) Taxes & compliance
Referrers are responsible for local taxes and reporting. We may request KYC details for compliance and to process payouts.
