BackPR is expanding self-serve enrollment tools for districts and families. The Director of Product-Led Growth owns the roadmap, instrumentation, and experiments that turn product usage into durable revenue streams.
You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Revenue leaders to deliver cohesive activation, monetization, and expansion experiences.
What you will lead
- Define product funnels, onboarding paths, and in-product messaging that accelerate time-to-value.
- Collaborate with Data and Engineering to build instrumentation, dashboards, and experimentation infrastructure.
- Launch monetization tests, usage-based triggers, and packaging changes rooted in customer insight.
- Coach a cross-functional squad of product managers, designers, and analysts focused on PLG motions.
