Role Overview

BackPR connects enrollment, marketing, and safety workflows across districts and partner ecosystems. The Lead Automation and Integration Architect defines how those data flows are designed, secured, and scaled end to end.

You will lead a remote architecture team responsible for integration strategy, workflow automation, and API governance across the BackPR platform.

What you will lead
  • Establish the integration blueprint spanning iPaaS, event streaming, and API-led connectivity.
  • Deliver reusable automation patterns that orchestrate onboarding, lifecycle messaging, and compliance reporting.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Security to govern payload contracts, versioning, and data residency.
  • Mentor engineers and automation specialists through design reviews, code pairing, and documentation.
