Return and refund guidelines

This Refund and Returns Policy governs refund requests, subscription cancellations, and related service expectations for BackPR (the “Service”), a software-as-a-service platform for education operators, owned and operated by BackPR.

This Policy applies to all users and subscribers. By purchasing or using any BackPR service, you agree to the terms of this Policy in full.

BackPR is a B2B SaaS platform for educational programs. We do not offer free trials. We provide limited money-back guarantees for qualifying plans under clearly defined conditions. These are not risk-free trials, and refunds are not guaranteed unless all terms below are met.

Guarantee windows

Refunds are available only for the plan types and timeframes below. Requests must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time (UTC−5) on the final day of the applicable period.

  • Monthly Standard: 15 calendar days
  • Yearly Standard: 180 calendar days

Conditions for refund

All of the following must be met for a refund to be considered.

  • Timely written request sent to support@backpr.com before the applicable deadline.
  • Demonstrated platform use with verifiable evidence: onboarding completed; at least one program listing activated; at least one webpage published via the BackPR website builder; use of at least one LMS module or registration or payment form; launch of at least one AI-generated campaign or blog post.
  • Good-faith support resolution attempts through at least two documented interactions with our team prior to the refund request.
  • Compliance with BackPR agreements, including Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Any breach voids eligibility.
  • Single-use clause: only one refund will be issued per organization or legal entity.

How to request a refund

Simply follow these easy steps

    Email support@backpr.com before your deadline.

    Use the account email and add Refund Request in the subject line. Requests must arrive no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of your guarantee window.

    Include required details and proof.

    Provide full name, account email, business name, and your receipt or transaction ID. Attach proof of use listed in this Policy and a short summary of your two support interactions.

    We review and respond; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

    Incomplete or late requests cannot be processed. If approved, the refund is issued within fifteen business days, minus any non-refundable costs such as payment-processor fees.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing time

Once a refund is approved, it is issued within fifteen business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the amount to appear on your statement.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases.

  • Requests submitted after the guarantee deadline
  • Failure to complete onboarding or demonstrate required use
  • Personal reasons such as lack of time, staffing changes, or change in business goals
  • Previously refunded or disputed accounts
  • Custom or enterprise pricing plans
  • Discounted nonprofit or school plans
  • Onboarding, training, consulting, or setup services
  • Payment processor fees including Stripe or PayPal
  • Subscription renewals not cancelled in time

All such transactions are final and non-refundable.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@backpr.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial or prorated refunds
  • Cancel at least five business days before your next billing date to avoid renewal
  • Cancellation does not imply refund eligibility

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Starting a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting resolution under this Policy is a breach of contract. BackPR may terminate the account, pursue collections or legal recovery, ban the organization from future access, and report misuse to payment processors and risk authorities.

Modifications to this Policy

BackPR may modify this Policy at any time. The current version is available at

Continued use of BackPR constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Arbitration clause

At BackPR’s sole discretion, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in New York, New York, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You agree to waive participation in class actions and jury trials.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BackPR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. In no event will BackPR’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

No guarantee of results

BackPR provides tools to assist with marketing, automation, and program management. BackPR does not guarantee outcomes such as enrollment increases, revenue growth, lead volume, marketing return, website traffic, visibility, user engagement, or search rankings. Testimonials and case studies are illustrative only. Results vary based on execution, market conditions, and internal operations.
