Data protection guidelines

This Privacy Policy describes how BackPR collects, uses, and protects personal information. It applies to program administrators (Subscribers), their enrollees (Registrants), and anyone visiting our websites or interacting with our platform.

BackPR acts as a Data Controller when determining the purposes and methods for processing personal data. This includes our AI-powered marketing platform, online registration tools, LMS, directory features, and payment processing systems.

Personal information means any data related to an identifiable individual, such as names, contact details, financial information, or demographic data.

Our commitment is simple: your data is yours. We protect it, never sell it, and only use it to power the services you signed up for.
